p2pbetting.com aims to be the number one online resource for anyone interested in any aspect of the betting exchange revolution. This will be achieved by providing up to date industry news, independent analysis of websites and other services, plus a regular series of original, entertaining and informative articles by betting exchange professionals.
Background
When Flutter.com launched in 2000, we recognised the enormous impact these new type of betting would have on the betting world. By enabling punters to bet person to person and ask for their own odds, we believed that gambling profits were now in reach of anyone who had the right information, techniques and approach. Bookiefreebetting.com was launched in February 2001 to fulfil this demand via a free monthly newsletter.
In 2002 founder Mike Cooksedge took a break from writing to the newsletter to write a manual about successful exchange trading, a manual which sold successfully by direct mail. The newsletter returned in November 2003 when it was renamed Bet Exchange News. With the recruitment of some of the best known names in the professional betting exchange community as writers, the newsletter has gone from strength to strength and currently goes out to 1700 readers every month, a figure which is growing daily.
